Additional Charges

For emergency overnight bookings (10pm-7am) and attendance on Bank Holidays (at any time) where a vet is able to attend an additional £50 charge applies in addition to After Hours pricing listed above

Transfer of pets for cremation starts from £70 per pet

Please note that additional travel fees may be requested by vets in our network if they are having to travel significant distance for a visit

In the rare instance where multiple pets are being put to sleep together, additional pets are charged at £160 per additional pet. For bookings for multiple pets, please contact our customer care team on 0330 2366 999

A cancellation fee of £10 will apply to cancelled bookings except in circumstances where pets have passed naturally prior to our attendance. The only exception to this is where a cancellation is made in the 60 minutes prior to our scheduled arrival window, where a £70 fee will be retained to pay the attending vet for their time and travel, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the attending vet is transferring your pet for aftercare and your pet has passed, a £100 collection and transfer fee will be charged instead of the cancellation fee. Where a crematorium organised through The Kindest Goodbye is collecting your pet, their standard fees will apply.
