Request an Appointment

To organise a home visit appointment,  simply click on the ‘Request an Appointment’ button in the site menu, provide a few details about you, your pet and your preferred visit timing. Our team will liaise with our network of vets and contact you to book in an available time. If your proposed times are unavailable, we will let you know the closest times we can offer so you can make the decision that feels right for your family.

If you prefer a more personal approach, you are always welcome to call us on 0330 2366 999 . Our team can guide you through the process, answer questions, and help you arrange an appointment over the phone.

For general questions about in home euthanasia or guidance around your pet’s quality of life, please complete our contact form. One of the caring team members within our network will call you back as soon as possible for a complimentary phone consultation. Our goal is to support you with clarity, compassion, and gentle advice at every step.

Peaceful Home Euthanasia

As part of how it works, one of the experienced vets in our network will come to your home to carry out a peaceful euthanasia for your pet. Vets offer gentle sedation  at no extra charge, and this is strongly recommended to ensure your pet’s final moments are calm, comfortable, and free of distress.

If you have any special requests for the visit, please include them when making your booking and complete the pre-visit questionnaire provided in your confirmation email. This helps them understand your wishes so they can tailor your pet’s farewell in the most thoughtful way possible.

After your pet has passed, your vet or one of our trusted cremation partners can manage their transfer for cremation. If you prefer to bury your pet at home or organise your own cremation arrangements, the attending vet will respectfully leave your pet in your care.

Aftercare

We have a variety of aftercare options available. Individual cremation for your pet with the return of their ashes can be organised at additional cost with a wide range of options to choose from. Prices vary  depending on your location, the specific crematorium provider you choose and your pet’s weight.

If you would like to bury your pet at home or make your own cremation arrangements, we will leave them in your care.

Finally, companion cremation (without the return of ashes) is also available if this is your preference.
