As part of how it works, one of our compassionate team members will come to your home to provide a peaceful euthanasia for your pet. We offer gentle sedation at no extra charge, and we strongly recommend it to ensure your pet’s final moments are calm, comfortable, and free of distress.
If you have any special requests for the visit, please include them when making your booking and complete the pre visit questionnaire provided in your confirmation email. This helps us understand your wishes so we can tailor your pet’s farewell in the most thoughtful way possible.
After your pet has passed, we or our trusted cremation partner can manage their transfer for cremation. If you prefer to bury your pet at home or organise your own cremation arrangements, we will respectfully leave your pet in your care.
