For all horse euthanasia and donkey euthanasia requests, please call our friendly customer care team on 1300 799 452. We will reach out to our wonderful network of vets and get back to you as soon as possible regarding potential times for our visit.
We are a partner of the Racing Victoria Onsite Humane Euthanasia Program. If you would like to utilise this service, $660 of the cost of the euthanasia (the entirety of a weekday visit through The Kindest Goodbye) will be covered by the program. If you already have your approval through the program, you can pass the details on to our team when you speak to us on the phone. Peaceful On-Site Euthanasia
One of our dedicated vets will visit your property or where your horse is located to perform a peaceful euthanasia. Sedation prior to the procedure is included at no additional cost to ensure your horse’s end of life journey is as gentle and stress-free as possible.
If you have any special requests for your horse’s euthanasia, you can include this information when making your booking, or discuss with your vet when they arrive. At every stage of the process, we can take as much time as you need.

Aftercare
If you are intending to bury your horse on-site, they will be left in your care. If you would like them to be cremated, we can organise this on your behalf through our trusted crematorium partners, who also have a wonderful array of memorial items available to help you remember and celebrate your horse’s life.
