Below is a list of our partner crematoria where families may choose to personally drop off their pet for cremation. Please note that all drop-offs must be arranged by phone directly with the crematorium. Availability for the general public is typically limited to weekday business hours, with some locations also offering limited Saturday appointments.

To avoid delays or disappointment, we recommend contacting the crematorium as soon as your booking with us is confirmed to ensure a suitable drop-off time is available.

If you are unable to organise a drop-off, you can simply reply to your booking confirmation email and request that we arrange transfer on your behalf. Our team will take care of this for you. Please note that a transfer fee of $70 applies.
